I used to live there as well, and the service was HORRIBLE! So many problems I can't remember them all... Slow and not customer-focused AT ALL! As a single female, I had to BEG them to put lighting by the "front" of my bldg (which faced a SUPER dark wooded area"). They never did it - but how nice of them to "understand my concerns for saftety", though. You have to walk miles to throw away your trash. And only if you are a tri-athelete should you get a 3rd flr. apt. The stairwells are LONG and HOT - even in the winter. Mice problem in the garages which cost me $600 in car repairs. Could hear EVERYTHING (ahem - and I mean EVERYTHING) from the couple next door's bedroom every night... and it wasn't muffled noise like one might even EXPECT in a shared residencial bldg -it was like I was sitting right there with them. So, as you can see from the above comment VERY shoddy bldg materials and workmanship!!!
