We've lived here for about 6 months now, and I love it. It's really quiet, which is nice. You can hear what's going on in the other apartments when you're in the hallway, but you can't hear any of it when you actually get into your apartment. When we first moved in we had trouble with the disposal and the dishwasher, and maintenance came out right away to fix it. Parking can be a pain if you don't get a garage, but it's not too bad. Overall, this is the best apartment i've lived in so far. I have never lived in one that was so quiet!

Amli is terrible with their snow removal. They damaged my car when I lived there and denied it. They tore the rubber part of my bumper right off. My friend lived in another building and was getting charged for attached parking, but she still had to walk outside to get into her building. The pool was NEVER heated. The sauna is locked up at 10PM. The room with the pool table is locked by 6PM which sucks for us working people with jobs. Pet rent is crazy on top off the money they make you pay just for moving in...$250 non refundable and then another $250 refundable for pet rent. After you pay that, you have to pay a monthly fee in addition to the metioned fees. That is just for one dog. They also say there are dog restrictions, but there were 2-3 pit bulls who lived there when we did. Rent is way overpriced. We had a 2 bedroom (HUGE place) for $1000 a month. They wanted to raise it to $1100 a month after a year. We left after a year. Make sure your lease starts at the beginning of the month because they wont let you finish off that month and they have your lease end in the middle of the month. That is just STUPID! It took them almost 2 months to return the security deposit too.
