I wouldn't live here if it was free. It's definately turning into a ghetto. The cops visit at least twice a month and I haven't had civilized neighbors since my first neighbors moved out. The amenities look nice on paper; the indoor pool (that was closed for four months last winter), the outdoor pool (that's a bacterial nightmare, learn to skim people), the balconeis (that are infested with wasps and might fall over any minute) etc. Maintenance is awful. The buildings are made with the worst quality materials and when things fall apart they'll gladly fix it (and charge you for parts and labor after telling you why it's your fault it broke.) The apartment management has lost its mind. Their most recent trick was threatening to bill the tenents if we didn't move our things out of the way so they could do maintenance. They pull something like this every month. Um, people, we're your customers not your employees. Who do you think you are'! Find somewhere else to live. If you can't find somewhere else, get a new job in a new city, maybe even a new state...
