I'm a single mother with two small children and I lived here for 4 years until i purchased my home and Management was wonderful and my neighbors were Awesome!! I had no problems with Maintenance never a break in and now the police department is there I feel even safer. If you like a nice place to live that's clean and safe the waiting list is worth it. If you are a young family trying to scheme and pay the lowest rent, have family members living with you management will catch you and this isn't the place for you to live.
