Great staff, great neighbors, great apartment

I still live at Grand Oaks! I was offended by what some other people wrote, obviously they must have been evicted.

This is a great place to live! The maintenance staff is awesome! The office staff is great, needs more, but very pleasant and accommodating.

The large oak trees, pond, ducks, geese, etc is awesome to sit on your patio and just listen and be and read a book.

I've lived in other communities and the staff and the community was not as nice.

There's problems no matter where you go but the people at Grand Oaks really get along and if there's a problem the owners take care of it - including evicting the trouble people.

I've never seen one roach and some people don't know the difference between a boxelder and a roach.
