Not sure what previous comments meant since there were no details, but my experience has been great! Repairs have always been done right away, the Maintenance and Management are always very friendly and helpful.

You hear some minor noises from neighbors occasionally, but nothing major.

Nice views from the balcony, and a nice size apartment.

Nice price, good location.
