I lived here for 6 months while building my house.

I rented a townhome, and yes they are small but they are nice units.

I was able to bring my pets, which isnt easy to find on a 6 month lease.

My family and I enjoyed grand oaks and would recommend it to friends or family.

And the biggest surprise of all; I have rented before and the landlord takes the most money from your deposit as possible.

Here i got my whole deposit back! Not everyone is in the position to buy a house, so if not i would recommend the townhome.

If you are in a position to buy then buy.
