Bad Bad Experience

I first lived in a 1st floor apt.
It was horrible - the lady above me sounded like she had a buffalo up there.
All day, all I could hear was loud walking, crashing, falling, etc.
I checked with management and they acknowledged that there is only a layer of plywood and drywall separating the apt's.
They talked with her a few times but were unable to do anything about it.
I was then moved to a different bldng, 3rd floor, after making a big stink and writing a few letters to mgmt.
This was even worse.
The neighbors 2 floors down had parties every single night of the week.
Neighbors in both buildings blasted their music at any time of day.
The whole 6 mo's I was there, I don't think many, if any, of the tennants had any regard for their neighbors.
Everyone was loud and made no attempts at hiding parties or drug use.
The parking situation was terrible.
If you came home late in the day, you better expect to park quite far from the front door.
Lastly, for as much money as that place made on rent, they could've afforded to re-seed the grassy areas.
The bldng that housed the main office had a front yard of dirt.
There was no grass and everyone tracked dirt, which had eroded all over the sidewalks, into the apartments.
Also, the retention pond was not kept up well.
They ran the fountain only some of the time.
The rest of the time it was almost too dirty and scummy for the ducks to swim in it.
