Nice place to live

I have been living there for eight months and I haven't experienced anything that a tenant wouldn't normally experience in an apartment building.
In the winter, the sidewalks were shoveled and salted.
We have never had a problem finding parking.
All at hours.
We have a dog and she is very happy when she goes outside and sees the kids and the little animals by the pond.
Any sounds that come in through my walls are just other people living just like me.
I think that most of these negative ratings are given by people who just don't realize that they have to buy a house and live far from other people.
And have no business living in or near an apartment complex or community.
To those who comment that there are no excercise area or pool, most *houses* don't come with an excercise room or pool and people get along just fine.
I love the fact that it's right near Six Flags and Gurnee Mills.
Not to mention 94.
Whenever we have a package arrive when we aren't home, the office accepts it.
When we first moved in, our ceiling fan broke, they replaced it the following day.
We got a new refrigerator.
