We have lived here for almost 7 years now. We are going to be moving as soon as our lease is up. We've had nothing but horrible neighbors that I've had to call the police on more than once. Dog feces in the hallways, smoking in the hallways, horribly smelly garbage left in the garbage cans. From the first winter to this present we have had ONE year where our ceiling didn't leak, ruining some of my children's bed linens and a DVD player. At first the management was great, maintenance guys were super sweet, everything got fixed within two days. Now, the management is rude and the maintenance guys are nice but not as efficient. The only good news is that they've got a parking policy with tags now. They were supposed to put new washers and dryers in the laundry room, if they have they need to get their money back. Save yourself a headache and gray hair, look elsewhere.

I have had the same issue with the water damage year after year. They never can seem to fix it. Their idea of an inside fix is just paint over it. Do you know what happens after painting over wet drywall? Large chunks start falling off the wall...we had to move all the furniture from the walls which made the room much smaller. The water runs under the floor, and down the wall into the dining room...just painted over the wet spot leaving the rest of the wall with paint over five yrs old. Silverfish reside in the closet from the damp and moldy walls. I have my own washer and dryer and glad of it...cockroaches reside in the laundry room and I don't want them coming home with me. We can't make any noise early mornings, and after ten at night, but the landscaping company is mowing the lawn by seven am every week, rain or shine...that's just wonderful for those that work nights and want to sleep in. Or for the kids home on summer vacation. Recently they added new railings for the entrances. Now they are stable, however they don't go all the way to the steps so they have large drop offs so someone can slip through and break their leg or ankles. I feel sorry for someone trying to move in with furniture and risk going over the edge with a couch in their grasp. They did mulching at the end of the summer...they didn't hire a dependable company to do it. The mulch was infested with the Japanese beetles and they never did anything to get rid of them. If you plant anything be ready to have the bugs eat all the greenery from the plants and suck the juices from the flowers. With the new owners and managers they have eliminated the finders fee for getting new residents here, the yard and garden contests, the holiday decorating contests and the fun for the kids events at Easter and Halloween. Once they put in new washers and dryers you have to use a card loaded with money that you purchase from the leasing office, not coins...good luck getting one in case of an emergency...no one ever has access to those cards, that person doesn't seem to be in the office when needed. The office is supposed to be open from 10am to 6pm. I have been there several times to try to get issues resolved and the sign will say open however the doors are locked and no one answers when you knock. Dropping your rent check in the box provided usually means it doesn't get to them on time or not at all incurring a $75.00 late fee and a five day eviction notice. Always hand them a check in person, if you can find them in the office that is.
