I lived in this community for 6 years before leaving. Even though there have been problems and issues in the complex I feel that you will run up against the same issues most everywhere you go. Management was superb and I never had any issues at all with maintenance or with the office. They were very helpful and extremely nice and accommodating. If I had an issue with a neighbor or witnessed an issue that needed to be addressed, they were quick to respond and took care of the problem. We had monthly newsletters and constant notices regarding the children who had a tendency to get a little rambunctious. I found the apartment clean and well cared for. The complex grounds were nicely groomed. They kept it clean, maintained and nicely landscaped. They also have a nice neighborhood watch in place and work closely with the Gurnee Police department to make the complex safe. I would surely go back if I had to. They are very cute apartments, warm and cozy.
