My husband and I are renting at Pembrook temporarily while looking for a home. I am in agreement with the other individual who is trying to find a way out of their lease. The tenant(s) above me sound like they are doing gymnastics. I have complained to the Manager, she sent a letter, but have not yet seen any result. I guess it is up to me to take care of the problem myself. I am even considering of holding some rent until I get satisfaction. The place is beautiful but no the dogs are not on leases as per the rules. I moved in and have tried to abide by the handbook. Unfortunately it is not management's concern that rules are followed.
