Way overpriced. Facilities management makes a mess whenever fixing anything that's broken in the apartment, which happens often.
They come in with dirty shoes & don't clean up after themselves. Don't clean your house if your expecting them. They also need better security. There was a girl being attacked by her boyfriend in the back of my building & I had to call the police. Management didn't do anything about it when I called the next day. I would definitely look elsewhere.
