Management is and has always been very efficient. Maintenance leaves a lot to be desired. However, when you get management involved, things happen. Just a shame you have to do that. Apartments are small, kitchens especially. Not a lot of space. Great for bachelors and those who never cook. Inconsiderate neighbors don't last. Between complaints to the office and or police, they move quickly. Very nice place for pets. Lots of places to walk. Just watch out for neighbors walking their dogs. Now for the security guard. He thinks he is Barney Fife. Very nosey and shines his light into windows and cars at night. He does sneek up on people and will end up getting himself hurt one day. It actually becomes a game watching him as he is so obvious and so ridiculous at times. If you are bored on a weekend evening, he can keep you entertained with his antics.
