Maintenance staff is nice & polite. Office staff pretend to care and listen to complaints but when it comes down to it their are usually delays. Have had several break-ins and vandalism to vehicles in recent months and staff would not notify other tenants of the problem. Also would not up the security-as stated their so called security guard is not cutting it. exercise room is small and outdated. pool is cold and hot tub is always broken. windows are so drafty and heating bills are outrageous. Nice area though-close to everything. great paths for pets if not too worried about vandalism or break-ins.
