I lived here for 2 and half years. The rent went up $25 per renewal but it didn't cause much trouble for me. Personally, I enjoyed being here and never had any major problem with neighbors. The maintenance guys came quickly if I had a problem and I honestly called them twice during my time there. My only problem was that the square footage of the room was a little small for the price I paid. Obviously since I was one person, I didn't need a large room, but it was smaller than other friends' places.
