Just got back from viewing this place and two words describe the leasing agent; STUPID and RUDE. The person that was apprently "helping" us was very rude, constantly butting in, pressuring us to lease, and just plain misinformed. She lacked the ability to comprehend anything I was asking and when she did, she had to put in her 2 cents. For example; I like to tour "non-model/furnished" apartments b/c most apartment communities that I have been to show out apartments that are empty. So wouldn't it be more feasible to make comparisons b/w apartments based on the same dimensional criteria' When an apartment has a bunch of furniture in it, you can't necessarily guage accurately how your furnishings will fit in, and plus not every community with "model" apartments use the same furnishings. This can be very deceptive when you view model apartments! I tried explaining this and after a few minutes of "elementarizing" it, she was adamant that my reasoning was wrong! (Umm, not to be arrogant, but jeez, I graduated from Columbia U. and am in med school earning an MD/PhD...I can't imagine what her level of education is)... Sorry, but I'll take my money elsewhere. I can't imagine dealing with their doltishness when rent time comes around and they make mistakes.
