Terrible staff

I have lived here for almost three years now and am finally moving out now. The workmanship is terrible, none of the walls are square and there are tiles in the bathroom coming loose as well as base boards that weren't even tacked down. getting cable hooked up was a nightmare b/c they never connected the outlet to the lines they ran through the building. Over the last year several floor to ceiling cracks have appeared in three corners of the appartment. Office staff used to be cool but then they switched them out about 9 months ago. Had noise issues with neighbors, complained to office and never heard back from them. Requested maintenance and never had it done. The ultimate though came when we adopted my fiancee's brother's puppy when he was called to Iraq this Spring. The puppy is a mixed breed, and part of that mix is one of their restricted breeds. We tried to work something out but they would not hear of it. The only options they gave us were to get rid of her brothers dog or get evicted. meanwhile at least 3 other tenents in our building have purebred dogs that are also on their restricted breed list. Oh yeah, we did finally get the maintenance done but that was only after our puppy showdown. Seems to me like they used it as an excuse to get into our apartment and look for the dog. This place is having a lot of problems getting tennents and as you can see from the reviews there is a reason for it. Stay away. We found a nicer 2 bedroom apartment with more room that allows our dog for only $30 more per month.
