This place is not worth the money, I have lived there for the past 9 months and will not renew my lease.
The office staff changes frequently and the level of knowledge is pathetic.
I have complained several times about the idiots who live above me throwing their nasty cigarette butts off their balcony, only to leave me to pick up after them.
Of course I have been told that a letter will be sent to the tenants (only because the barely high school educated office staff is to afraid to confront anyone in person).
Nothing has been done about it as I am still picking up the cancer sticks on a daily basis.
Whenever you call maintenance, it usually takes 3-5 days for them to get off their fat --- to take care of the situation.
Look elsewhere, as I would rather live in my car.
