I would mostly agree with the other comments on this board. The staff definitely leaves something to be desired, they do change frequently, and they aren't exactly sharp and helpful. But in the year and a half my husband and I lived there, we hardly ever had to deal with them, so that wasn't a main issue for me. The floor tiles in my bathroom did start to come unglued, some of the baseboards weren't top-notch, but overall it is pretty spacious and pretty quiet. I had a neighbor downstairs who played LOUD bass on weekends and definitely after 10 p.m. - but that was the noisiest it got. Parking was fine, the fitness/pool are great, (always crowded though) and the location was great too. Price is a bit steep, but not horrible.
