nice apartments, wouldn't recommend

The apartments are nice. Nothing special, but clean and new. The walls are a little thin, but luckily our neighbors are not that noisy. The big problem that we have with them now is that if you need to break your lease for any reason, it is a huge pain and the management staff doesn't even know what their policy is. We called to double check how we interpretted the contract and they confirmed it. Then, when we actually went to break our lease, we were told that basically we have to jump through all of these hoops and pay an extreme amount of money. We intended when we signed the contract to stay for the whole term, but things change. When some of the people working for the management don't even understand the contract, then that's just a little bit of a problem. My advice is that if you want to rent here, make sure that you will not have anything that will come up that will make you break your lease, because the apartment manager is extremely hard to talk to and doesn't feel like listening to your questions at all.
