The staff at Woodlake Apartments are friendly and helpful. The apartments are lovely, like new, and very clean. Best we have seen.

HOWEVER, the cheapskates who constructed this complex as recently as five years ago did not put one bit of insulation into the place. Curtains blow with the wind, and cold air cuts right through the walls. The heater vents are at the TOP of the wall (on third floor units). We keep a hot air humidifier going at all times. We have a space heater in our bedroom and an electric blanket. We put 3M plastic on all windows along with thermal curtains. It only helps a little.

You will FREEZE your butts off here, and you will run the furnace constantly.

Management (Clarion Hotels) needs to insulate these apartments. Heating costs are skyrocketing. There is nothing worse than being cold.

Shame on whoever authorized such cheesie construction! Tenants pay the price for lack of insulation. Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.
