I enjoy living here over the other communities in the area for a few reasons. The places are new, and kept up well. As far as staff goes, managers have changed (a couple times) and there is a real nice buncha folks in the office now- that plan to stay. Everyone seems eager to help, and the community is close to everything in town. Maintainence seemed up to par when required. Snow is taken care of effeciently, no empty promises made.
