well i decided to live here even after reading some of these reviews because even though it is higher then some places it is worth it.
my apartment is so much nicer than anyone else i know, and thats why i'm willing to spend what i can to live in a nice place.
after all, its my HOME it should be comftable.
the bathrooms are so big and with the washer/dryer and everything its so convenient.
street noise isnt even a problem although it is close to Milwauke rd.
i do have a pet but i didnt think the fee was that unreasonable, considering half is a refundable.
