Hi, I used to work in the office, lived here and transfered to another community. The main complaint there is noise. And the office staff does have a three strike rule. Then eviction or non renewal. The cause of the noise.... usually a TV, kids stomping or a radio. It is an A-P-A-R-T-M-E-N-T, you can move to a senior building and still get the noise. The residents that live here are SNOBS! Once I had someone call me a bastard to my face because he was late on his rent by 3 days and he had to pay a late fee. He more than likely is one of the people saying that the office staff, is mean. The rent, you ask is in comparison with all of their competitors in the area. No apartment is perfect, and until you own, you will have these same issues. Get off their backs and realize their are things beyond their control.
