Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
lived for 1 yr in the private entrance 1 bed appartment.
Building nice and clean.
Management very very nice, maintaince staff little slow but not bad.

Only 1 drawback here, walls are very thin so big heating bill.
Snow gets cleaned in time, very safe place.

Recommended: YES
