Fit for a king and a queen of the ghetto.

Overall the apartment is not that bad. However, with the maintenace man that never gets around to actually fixing anything, instead he just takes whatever it is to the hall and beats it with a hammer. So if you need anything fixed, ya better know how to fix it yourself. As far as the other tennants, overall the naval personal have a lot of respect for others, but there is no IQ test for other tennants, so buyer beware. Overall the apartments are pretty good, and the location is extreamly well, but if you dont know how to ghetto rig stuff....look elsewere.
