The apartments are inviting because they are cheap and nicely located. But unless you want to deal with nieghbors screaming and shouting at 3 a.m., upstairs neighbors that vacuum at 12 p.m on a Tuesday and not even a clubhouse or pool or anthing extra for that matter. Plus the apartments are tiny, the carpets had stains all over, the hallways are extremely poorly lit and the laundry room(only one on the first floor, many machines often broken) have never once been cleaned in the year I lived there. And dont even think it is safe, my boyfriends car was broken into and they stole his cds and cd player when it was sitting overnight in the parking lot. Also the parking lot was too small so often you ended up having to walk very far, in the cold with groceries. I would not trust the elevator either....it was very dingy, dirty and it is so old i feel its going to break any day. They have virtually no screening for who they let have an apartment, so no one has any respect for the property-and therefore trash is constantly on the ground. I do have one good thing to say we had a problem with our stove once and the maintenece man was extremely nice and fixed for us the next day. I am not saying these things because i am angry at management-they were pretty nice actually and we left on good terms, I am saying this so someone else(who is young and just starting out) does not make the same mistake I did-(just living there because it is cheap. Trust me,you are better off to keep looking.
