Reviews of Woodview in the past have been negative ,I am still living here at Woodview and want people to know that there are many changes going on here lately. The maintenance staff has changed and we now have a great custodian and Maintenance staff ! The new maintenance guys knows how to fix things correctly and have been very attentive and prompt. Hall lights have been replaced with brighter lights ,laundry rooms are always kept clean and machines are repaired as soon as a problem is reported, usually the same day !I see new carpet being installed in almost every vacant apartment, and lots of painting and remodeling going on.The grounds,halls and stairways are all kept clean .Management tells me that the elevators are being remodeled in the spring ,they are not too bad now ,just a little outdated.
The apartments have cement between the floors for soundproofing , and I think its great. You may hear some noise when you are in the halls but inside your apartment it is very quiet.
The new management staff are always out on the property,meeting residents and checking things out,and getting feedback from the tenants.
They no longer accept pets,which is a good thing ,no more smells !

Make your choice Woodview, you will be glad you did.
