I have lived at Woodview since 04 in the 1820 bld. I like my apt and renewed my lease for 2005. My apt faces north. My neighbors above and on the sides are quiet. The only noise I hear is if people are in the hall talking, or if someone drops something heavy down the garbage shoot. Even with the transitions of staff at the complex, if I had a problem, the staff was prompt to fix it. The elevator/entrance/laundry is cleaned daily. I have heard that some tenants have had bad experiences, but I have not. For the price, I recommend Woodview as a nice place to live.

I agree. I love my place, and I haven't had any problems. My microwave wasn't working, and by the next day I had a brand new one right out of the box. No one bothers us (it's quite) and the common areas are always clean.
