I have not had any problems with my place nor with getting any help from office or maintenence. Office is always sweet to us and gets our work orders in on time. I guess when you get snotty with the workers or demand too much you'll get the treatment the others are complaining about. My neighbors haven't had any problems either. Everyone on my floor looks out for eachother. Compared to other places, this is a great place. I'm happy we got the new towing company. What gives someone the right to leave their car in the lot for a long time and not do anything about it. At least ask for help so it won't get towed.
