I have not lived here, but i used to live in the appartments across the fence. This place has earned the nickname "the fortress" for good reason. There is only one way in and one way out. and the appartments are set up like a wall all the way around the complex. it is sprawling with gang members, drug dealers, and addicts. the only nice view from your window is the dumpsters or lake street wich is always busy. This is the slum of hanover park. Everything looks like it's been covered with dirt, grease, and spraypaint. My friend almost got jumped by 5 "Latin Kings" just because he was black. Never been on the inside of one of these appts, and would never want to think about it. Take my advice and stay the F@*k away from here.
