Well, this place is not good. Let me tell you about the apartment first. The toliet keeps getting clogged as does the tub. It is just an old system that is not properly maintained. Cheap and old fixtures. Old, worn out carpeting. Old wood floors. There are loose screens and the patio screen door never opens easily. NO dishwasher AND COCKROACHES!!! They do not spray! They came from another building!!
You can here people next door because of cheap, thin walls. Buy a condo here...I don't think so! Filthy laundry room and halways. Don't be fooled by their "model". You are warned!
