I have enjoyed living in this apartment so far. My lease is up in a few months, and the only reason I am thinking of moving is because I would like to be closer to work. The overall apperence of the apartment is good. There is usually ample parking but at night I sometimes do not feel safe walking from my car to inside the building. The office people are very nice and are very friendly. The maintenence is average. It is close to the train and to the Elgin/Ohare expressway. The only downfall is the squecky floorboards on occation. My neighbors are great and very seldom to I hear loud noise. I would recommend living here to anyone looking for affordable living.
