i lived here for about 11 months. i signed a 6 month and then did month to month or something like that. i moved out over a year ago so things may have changed a bit. the efficiency i rented was nothing special. i had roach problems several times but a bug man came out every time i called and put gel in a few places. i sleep during the day and that was a problem more than once because the walls are thin and you can hear everything. any time there was construction or moving in another apartment i couldn't sleep.

i cook a lot so for me the worst thing was the kitchen cuz the vent hood was useless and everything in my kitchen became coated with grease and oil.

these apartments are minutes from the elgin-o'hare expressway and minutes from the metra. very conveniently located. they're also minutes from cub foods, sams and a buncha consumer stuff.
