I presently live here and it's a pretty decent place to live. It's a diverse complex, and most people keep to themselves. The apartments are clean, spacious for myself, but the maintence is only ok. I have a problem with my water temperature where it gets scolding hot for a few seconds. I have complained about it three times and it was dismissed by the manager all times. For other things they have been responsive and fixed without a problem. I live on the bottom floor (half under/half above ground) which I feel isn't very private and have a problem with spiders getting in. Ask for a higher floor. I occasionally hear the people above me walking around like they have brick feet, but most of time it is quiet. I use a laundry mat b/c the machines always steal my money and take a long time. No recycling access that i know of. Close to shopping, restaurants, ect...
