trashy with poor management, AVOID!!!!

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002
Heat is supposed to be included in rent, but on cold nights the temp has been 60 degrees or lower. I had to buy a heater & pay more for electricity but mgmt didn't care. Have had electrical problems for several months, mgmt send over a maintenanance guy instead of a real electrician. Every day taking a shower is an ordeal, the temp changes from scalding to ice cold in a matter of seconds. Tenants are loud & trashy, lots of parties, puking in the parking lot, etc... lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
