Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
I lived in West Line for two years and couldn't wait to get out. The neighbors are loud, the parking lot sucks and is not well lit, the cops are there ALL THE TIME and don't get me started on management or maintenance. I had issues with mold even before the renovation and they were never fixed even after it was done;(patching up a hole in the wall when water is pouring out doesn't count as fixing the problem). It took 2 months of calls and visits to the office to get something done about it and as far as I know, nothing has been fixed. Save yourself the hassle and find a better place to live!!
