forget what the previous comments were yes it needs updating but if you can paint and are handy installing ceiling fans and light fixtures not a problem if not they will put it in for you free of charge its quiet not a frat house people here are very nice and friendly the staff as well.. parking is available outside (free) or if you prefer to pay 60 extra bucks per month you can park in their underground garage the have a sundeck and a pool what more do you need' its close to the blue line ohare and i-90 plenty of shopping and restaraunts in the area close to everything the "hip" mall is steps away well check it out and see for yourself i moved out because i finally bought a house outherwise i would have stayed longer

this person is probably one of the managment or mabey not since the dont have high tech computers in the office i currently live here and disagree with office staff being nice among other things...

This place is the pits, the new management is unprofessional and there have been ten, count them TEN different managers since laramar bought the building in October 2006. You are charged for water, gas, garbage disposal, storage, and parking places. All this is separate from your rent. Renovation been going on since they bought the building. NOISE, NOISE, AND MORE NOISE. The people renovating the building don't speak english and the renovations are horrible. no medicine cabinets in bathroom shoddy work from what a lot of tenants think are unlicensed workers. Rent is high. and they do not keep the building clean. not enough staff
