Would be a nicer place if updated. Went without showers quite often due to no hot water. Pool wasn't covered during the winter and there is a lot of dirty, standing water. The office staff gossips about other tentants, no privacy in that regard unless you keep to yourself. The pipes that run the heat needs replaced. Dishwashers in the apartments would be a nice update. :Laundry room could use updated machines and more of them. A work out room would be nice. Something for kids to do. Not a kid place.
I can hear my neighbors talk above me, etc.
If you are used to that sort of thing, then it would be nice for you. I'm looking around for a quieter, more updated complex.
