There is a new managemet taking over on
Nov. 1. Hopefully there will be many improvements and most of the staff are out, thank God, which I blame for most of the problems in this 1970's building.

I have written a letter to the new management requesting many changes that will not be much of an expense such as a painting and new wallpaper in the hallways, updating the lobby area and hiring of extra maintance persons and staff person to correct the problems they have encountered over the years.

It improvements are met, this place is a great place to live, neighborhood, transporation and ethnic establishments.

the apartments need updated as well, mines falling apart at every turn and i get frusterated with being treated of as less then a respected tenant.

wow, I just visited the new Mont Clare/old Parkway tower and I see that they are in the process of a major remodel. I am suppose to sign a lease there this weekend. what is your opinion of the new management

new managment is doing well although who ever they pick to do the interior design/colors outta be shot in my opinion..lol...
