Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
New management and building name. Many updates occurring that cause numerous scheduled and unscheduled problems ranging from water outages, noising drilling, 2am false fire alarms, to currently the laundry room being closed for app. 5 days. Flexible rentals length a plus but you will be charged extra for this "luxury." Free coffee machine available but often broken. Beware when renting of extra charges not listed on their website ( application fees, monthly trash fees, heating fee, etc). Parking usually okay. Free wi-fi has a very, very weak signal. Office staff seems overworked but usually helpful.
