1) PRO: Big Parking lot - always plowed and salted during the winter; CON: Ignorant people cut through your parking lot from Harlem to Gunnison and speed down there sometimes
2) PRO: Maintenance and Office crew very helpful; CON: You don't get your "invoice" until the last minute making it unpredictable
3) PRO: Non renovated apartments are affordable CON: renovated ones are over priced
4) PRO: Wireless Internet available; CON: only in the lobby and 1st floor and pretty much always down - fax and printer in "internet lounge" never has paper or is never connected to the computers
5) PRO: Short and Long Term leases available CON: Rent rices vary depending on how long you want to continue your lease - after every lease end and you choose to renew it, there's always a raise in your rent
6) PRO: You can control heat from your own apartment CON: Besides rent, you pay heat, water, trash fee - In the winter time, for a studio can go from 50-75$ - sometimes heat isn't warm enough to warm up the whole apartment even if you do control your own temperature for some reason
7) Location is awesome! No Cons about that at all
8) PRO: QUiet place, you never hear your neighbors or the people upstairs or anything and everyone seems considerate enough. CON: if your windows are open, you'll hear the ambulance and firetrucks pass through Harlem often
9) PRO: Hallways are clean CON: Hallways are old and not "HIP" at all
10) PRO: Workout room provided CON: Not state of the art as described in the apartment rental booklet - mostly treadmills - no weights
11) PRO: they have generators so even if the powers are out, your apartment has electricity CON: power outages cut off the elevator too
Overall, this place isn't too bad. Renovated apartments are nice but over priced. Location and maintenance crew is awesome. Just watch out for additional charges on yoru rent such as the heat, water, etc. [in winter expect about 60-80$] more for 1 bedroom.

Power has been out SEVERAL TIMES, went without power for 29 hours on December 28, 2008. 15 hours on Mother's day, May 10, 2009, planned outage for GOOD FRIDAY APRIL 11, 2009. What generator? Parking is horrible. So many people living in buiding can not find parking spot at night and on the weekend. The renovation was/is SHODDY.
