This is the first apartment I have rented on my own (and no I am not 18, my youngest daughter is). I love living here. It is near everything, Public transportation, many restaurants, etc. The office manager, Liesa is so very nice and helpful. The rental agents are also so helpful and welcoming. Thank you Teresa and Nicole! Maintenance staff is equally as helpful and both Donny and Ricky really makes you feel like you have lived here forever. Truly, I have never had to call them, which in and of itself is no small feat for an older building. They take care of it. I really liked that as a single woman, I felt safe. This is a mixed age group of tenants, which only adds to its charm and they welcomed the love of my life, my dog.
I am sure that anyone who has complained, probably complains alot of things. I am not here for that. I am here to live my life peacefully with no stress of owning a home.

You are living in fantasy world or you are a Mont Clare employee. Dog crap in parking lots, hallways and sidewalks. Dog owners do not control their animals and do not pick up after them which is breaking the law. Blackouts 3 or 4 times a year. no well being checks on disabled or elderly Thefts and ignorant unscreened tenants. tenants vandalizing the building. writing curse words on the elevators, kicking the glass doors in 3 times this year mont clare doesn't keep the place clean just the lobby. hallways and stairwells are filthy
