needs alot of work I live here currently and the place does need a lot of updating. the laundry facilities are dirty and half the time the dryers dont work. I dont look foward to taking showers cause I am afraid I wont have

MONT CLARE ON HARLEM, HARWOOD HEIGHTS, IL I have been living here for 12 years and once the new management renovated this place a couple of years ago, it's the difference between night and day, it's the bomb!

This Place Sucks Like someone else said, they will promise you a world of amenities but there are a lot of facts that they leave out of their sales pitch and even the lease.
1) They promised a free coffee machine in the internet CAFE. They have since removed said machine.

overpriced managment sucks dont take complaints seriously!!very backwards the dont even have computers in the office to keep some kind of filing system geeze is it 1969 still? parking sucks!broken down cars that never move! harlem av noisy as hell with windows open! air cond always breaking down!!

Needs Work Would be a nicer place if updated. Went without showers quite often due to no hot water. Pool wasn't covered during the winter and there is a lot of dirty, standing water. The office staff gossips about other tentants, no privacy in that regard unless you keep to yourself.
