I live in a very old building that takes a long time to get hot water, up to 20 minutes of running the water. I have to use a space heater because the management does not keep the apartment warm enough (usually about 66 degrees) during the winter. I also had a spider infestation and had to pay to have the apartment bombed and had to leave for the weekend until it was clear. I had 6 spiders just on the back door and 8 in one window. They have replaced the windows so this should get better. Expect old appliances (like from the 60's). Parking is good and it's a very safe neighborhood. It's hard to get ahold of the management when you have problems and they don't do the best job fixing things.
