Recently remodeled one bedroom apartment with nicely landscaped grounds right next to heavily wooded Sunset Park, which is fantastic. Convenient to town and easy access to the highway. Heat's included in the rent and plentiful. We had a stopped up drain and a few other minor repair needs that were quickly resolved by their maintenance staff. Its not "the Ritz" but its by far the best deal we found in the area.
