When renting from Hillco you must realize BEFORE you move in that these are older buildings.
Things go wrong in any apartment and sometimes you have to take the GOOD with the bad. Sure,
it gets a little cold in the winter but most places do and you have to make adjustments yourself.
Anything else that needs to be taken care of is as easy as a phone call to Hillco Management.
Their maintenance man is one of the best in the business and he will do everything he can to please you. There is no better place to rent in Deerfield for the money, believe me, I've looked.
After living here for over two decades I have heard back from many that have moved away saying that considering where they are living now, and how much they are paying, they wished that they
had never left. Hey, no place is perfect and if you're expecting brand new everything and no
inconveniences whatsoever, you maybe looking for something that is really not there. For the area you get and the dollar you pay... good luck finding something better.
