I have lived in a Hillco rental property during eight of the last ten years, and I can and do call this apartment home. Yes, the buildings are the age where they occaisonally need some repair, and they are kept very well. Heat is plentiful, and on the truly coldest days an added sweater helps - but for a couple days a year - not a problem! Communication with Hillco is easy and pleasant, and I am glad to live here.
