THE WORST Apartment I ever lived in.
The make things look good when you plan to move in BUT the worst maintanance you can ever imagine.
When I moved they said th HEAT FREE ! GAS FREE but I dint know THE MOLD WAS FREE TOO
NOthing was done for the MOLD..even when I called in they were so reluctant to even answer...
I was totally cheated by these people.
The windows look like they are going to fall ou anytime.
It was already winter and no heat supplies...
I hate the apartment...
I strongly recommend not even to think about renting an apartment with HILCO PROPERTIES
